COMING SOON:  CINCINNATI MEMORIES 2

Due to the popularity of CPA’s Power Point presentation, “Cincinnati Memories, a Virtual ARCHTREKS’ Walking Tour of Downtown Cincinnati,” project developer Jeanne Rolfes has received permission from Ohio Valley Foundation and Fifth Third Bank to create a second presentation.  Included in this one-hour show will be photos and histories of Old Crosley Field, the Cincinnati Inclines, Eden Park including the Cincinnati Art Museum and Krohn Conservatory, the Island Queen and Coney Island, Alms & Doepke and the Miami & Erie Canal, Music Hall, the William Howard Taft birthplace and the Harriet Beecher Stowe house.  It is anticipated that the presentation will be available to the public by May 1st.

Primary target audiences are senior centers and residential facilities for the elderly of Cincinnati.  The goal of the presentation is to rekindle memories of the area and to stimulate conversation among the participants.  However, Ms. Rolfes and other volunteer guides have also presented to student groups and civic clubs.

For more information or to schedule either show, please call 721-4506 or email CPA at info@cincinnatipreservation.org.
